Choose any of our
product & services you like, complete the online form or send us an email regarding to your enquiry.
Allow us 1-2 business days to responds during our business
hours 08:30AM - 17:00PM (weekdays from Monday to Friday).
Confirmation will be sent to you in short period of time.
Maximum details
are required in order to eliminate correspondence time such
as: number of persons/participants,
flight details, fax number, and or additional request/s (if
any). As soon as we get confirmation by from the
hotel/resort with booking number & code, we will forward the
copy of fax to you via email attachment.
Please keep in mind that when you are contacting us, you are
connected to real person/human, not a machine or auto
respond email system.

What
is the payment method? Do I pay Hotel or you?
For the holiday
packages, last minutes hotel deals, diving, golfing, tours
and transfers that you book through our Tour Division, you
do not pay the hotel but you pay us (Lombok Network - Tour
Division), unless for additional personal expenses i.e:
meals, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, SPA's
treatment, or anything which is not mentioned in the
program, the hotel or third party agencies may charge you
separately.
Minimum of 20%
advanced deposit from the total cost of the package is
required to secure your reservation. We must received this
payment at least 1 (one) week before arrival date via
telegraphic bank transfer. No refund for cancellation made
in within a week prior to your arrival. Most hotels charge 1
(one) night cancellation fee for any last minute
cancellation.
If you are a kind
of mobile person, or the time does not allow you to make
bank transfer, just fax us copy of your original flight
ticket/s. We then will issue a guaranteed voucher to the
hotelier to secure your room. All the outstanding must be
settled upon your arrival by cash as we do not currently
accept payment using credit cards. For additional personal
expenses during your stay, most hotels accept major credit
cards (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) with 3-5% additional
charges.

Why are the rates shown in your website different to the hotel's
rate?
Hotelier has a special confidential tariff with tour
operators worldwide or locally to benefit the travel
agencies or their partner network. The regularity of the
agencies or partner sites support the hotelier in room
occupancies will increase the flexibility on room rates.
Lombok Network act
as a professional ground handling agent based on TRUST
and cash basis payment, therefore we have highest priority
even though in tight/peak holiday season.

Who will pick us up at the airport upon arrival?
If you book any of
our tour packages, pick up
and transfer service from airport or seaport are
automatically included,
unless in other term of circumstances you do not need this
service, no service will be
provided.
Each tour packages
are escorted by an English or Indonesian Speaking Guide.
Upon request, we also can provide
Italian, Dutch, or French Speaking Guide.

Where
can I find your local contact number or hotline number in case
of urgent assistances required?
Our office is
located in half way between Senggigi and Mataram Airport.
Taxi drivers are usually familiar when you mentioned or show
our office address as shown at the bottom of every pages on
our website.
Additionally, the

Use country code (62 for Indonesia). Calling from Bali or
other cities in Indonesia, add 0 before the area code (no
need country code).

When is the peak holiday season start? Is there any additional
surcharges ?
The peak holiday
season in major tourist destination all over Indonesia are:
July 10th - September 10th (School Holidays), and December
15th - January 15th (Christmas & New Year).
Additional
surcharges of US $ 15-25/room/night may apply on major 3-5 stars.
Note: During
the high season, an advanced deposit is required, otherwise
no service will be released.
