RP. 34 MILLION FUND COLLECTED FOR ACEH

LOMBOK, INDONESIA, January 7th, 2005

Lombok Hotel Association (LHA) and Senggigi Business Forum (SBF) have collected over the New Years Festivities, the total of Rp 34 Million!

Biggest contributors within LHA were The Oberoi with 10 Million, Villa Ombak and Intan with 2 Million and the rest with other respectable amounts of less than 2 Million. From the other businesses; Dream Divers collected around 11 Million from the Gilis, Marina gave 2 Million and the rest are from bars and small cafes and other night spots in Senggigi.

During the New Year's Eve celebration in Senggigi, most restaurants, cafes bars and night spots in Senggigi announce their audience to respect the tsunami's victims by 1 minute pray before the countdown. Donation's box was prepared and everyone were pleased to make donations.
