NOW LOMBOK HAS THIRD AIRLINE SERVICE TO BALI!
From November 10 a new Bali based
airline GT AIR has commenced flying 2 services daily Mataram to Bali
and return, increasing overseas tourists access to Lombok. The
modern Fokker 27 aircraft complete with comfortable leather seating
and cool airconditioning is scheduled to operate the new service.
Lombok is finally coming to grips with tourism visitor needs and has
become very pro-active in encouraging new airline passenger
services.
In addition to Merpati Nusantara’s many services, Lion Air’s budget
carrier Wings Air, flying 2 services a day, the new modern smart
airline GT AIR, there will soon be another player on the scene. A
morning flight daily to Denpasar at 8 am from new budget carrier
Adam Air will commence in middle December.
All these new transport initiatives are enlarging Lombok’s tourism
market and ensuring a big increase in daily access to Bali for
Lombok’s business and leisure travelers.
