Mr. Vivian Balakhrisnan & Family Choose Lombok For a Holiday Break

Lombok June 16h, 2005
Mr. Vivian Balakhrisnan (Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, and Second Minister for Trade and Industry of Singapore) and his family visit Lombok this week organized by Lombok Network Tour Division on June 13th 2005.

Coming with Silk Air commercial flight MI 126 direct from Changi Singapore, they were picked up and transferred to Lombok's luxury private villa, The Qunci.

The group were totally enjoy this holiday. Happy faces upon arrival and check in at the villa, with warm welcome by Mrs. Wiwit (Operational manager) and the staffs in charge at the Qunci. With a good co-operation between Lombok Network and The Qunci management, the Minister and his family were served privately.

The Minister spent total of 4 days 3 nights on Lombok.

Since last year, number of tourist from Singapore coming to Lombok are increasing. As the technology grow so quickly and everyone can access information instantly over the internet, Lombok Network is become more familiar to everyone who always on mobile or need to arrange a short vacation with no limit of time.

The island of Lombok is located east of Bali. Tourism is not quite as developed yet as Bali and it is that reason which makes Lombok the perfect getaway for family or honeymooners.

Lombok also has the third largest volcano in all of Indonesia, Mount Rinjani, which extends 3726 meters high with a crater lake called Segara Anak. Don't miss the famous Gili islands if you love the underwater and beach activities. Lombok also has numbers of five stars hotels, boutique resorts and private villas to complete your holiday needs.

Since Silk Air open a direct flight from Singapore to Mataram (5 flights a week), Lombok is now has became an alternative for Malaysian and Singaporean who wish to spend short holiday break or weekend.
