Not so many choices for accommodation in Sembalun, but one that well maintained is Lembah Rinjani Homestay, near Rinjani Information Centre in Sembalun Lawang. Due to limited number of rooms available, advanced reservation should be made at least one week prior to arrival.

Sembalun is an important transit point before heading up to the summit of Mt Rinjani.
