Qunci Pool Villas will incorporate similar designs and esthetic approaches to the existing hotel with 3 significant differences:

- The Ocean View rooms will be slightly larger in size;
- The Oceanfront overflow pool will be 30 meters in length;
- Qunci Pool Vilas will also offer 1- Bedroom units with private swimming pools.

The Qunci Pool Villas complex will be comprised of 20 Ocean View units, and 6 (six) 1-Bedroom and 3 (three)2-Bedroom units each with their own private pools. Additionally, Qunci Pool Villas will open its Cambodia Spa with a wide range of therapeutic treatments, Qupu Gallery featuring archipelago art and traditional cloths, a Guest Pavilion Business center, a 48 seat Asian-cuisine Restaurant with separate Bar area, and a lounge beach desk for relaxing with a special drink and snack menu.

- Check out time: 12:00 hours. Any extension is subject to prior arrangement + discretion of hotel management.
- Day Use Rates: 50% of the above rates up to 18:00 hours, after which is subject to one full day rate.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation received TWO week prior to arrival date.
For cancellation received within TWO week prior to arrival, 1 (one) night will be charged.
For cancellation received within 72 HOURS prior to arrival, or in the even of no show, 100% from total invoice will be charged. Cancellation should be made in writing.
