There
are numbers of good quality of restaurants and small cafes in
central town of Senggigi. You can eat pretty well in Senggigi with reasonable price. Most of the places to stay have
their own restaurant, but few other eateries along the main road in
the centre of the strip are worth to try. There's not much at bottom end of the
scale.
Locals warungs seems to be priced out. Senggigi area is
developing and there are some new foreign investors take over some
places to upgrade its facilities. Old places renovated or branded new, and several new places
coloring the main street of Senggigi.
If you like the Italian food like pizza
from wood oven, try Basillico Restaurant in Senggigi
Beach Hotel, exotic place to have dinner while enjoying the sunset.

Cafe Alberto is also a great place to chill out with
Italian specialties, a bit better, and a bit pricier than standard
tourist fare.
For the more romantic atmosphere, try
also Alang alang Restaurant, located in Mangsit near

South of the town centre, hiding from
the central of activities, Cafe Wayan, related to the
famous Cafe Wayan Ubud (Bali) which is recommended for its chicken
curry and homemade bread and yummy dessert. If you are a family
traveling together, try Asmara Restaurant near the
Art Market of Senggigi which has high quality of European Food.
Other option is DE QUAKE Restaurant, location in
Senggigi's art market offer a unique menu of Indonesian and
Asian food with fresh fish, seafood, meat and chicken together
with fresh produce and local herb and spices.
If you like local Indonesian foods, try
also Nasi Goreng at Warung Cak Poer. Open from
19:00PM till late night. Closed during the day time. More excellent
quality Indonesian foods are available in Mataram City at very
reasonable rates. Taxi service available 24 hours.
Most restaurants and cafes offer free
roundtrip pick up service from and to hotels anywhere in senggigi
area.
